  •  In-Home TrainingI travel to your home, bringing all the necessary full equipment for your session.
  • Virtual Face-to-Face via video call.Train from anywhere you are—your gym or your home. Whether you prefer.

a. Standard Monthly Package

12 Sessions per Month (Three days per week)

We will set specific, consistent appointment times.

 

b.  Monthly Package 8 sessions

            • 8 Sessions per Month (Two days per week)

We will set specific, consistent appointment times.

 

b. In-Home Package (Plus Travel Fee)

This is the Standard Package (12 sessions or 8 sessions or fully sessions) plus a travel fee.

There is an additional $10 fee for each in-home travel.

 

c. Fully Monthly Package

20 Sessions per Month (Five days per week)

We will set specific, consistent appointment times.
